We offer free economy shipping on order subtotals of $99 and over

Orders ship in 2-5 business days. If you have a special request please reach out.

Jewelry by Sheila B is handmade-to-order so please allow a 2-3 week delivery time

RETURN POLICY 

Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged for store credit with a valid receipt or proof of purchase within 30-days. 

All approved returns are issued as merchandise credit only.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

We do not accept returns or cancellations on apothecary items.

If an item is found to be damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, it may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds for damaged merchandise are subject to inspection and approval by store staff or management. The item must show minimal signs of wear and not have been damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
